At RCS we fit our services around you. If you would like us to work with you throughout the year, preparing management accounts and reviewing your VAT returns etc, but would prefer to stick with your current accountant for the year end service, that’s fine. We work with accountants around the country in such a fashion and can provide them with a “year end pack” when we have finished our management accounts for the year. This pack typically contains a set of working papers to help your accountant understand the figures and prepare your year end accounts as efficiently as possible. You should, of course, expect a reduction in your accountant’s fees as the information we provide them with will certainly make their job easier.

We would only recommend monthly service to a site we believe could positively benefit from it. For smaller shops, quarterly service might be perfectly adequate in which case our fees, like our service, would be adapted.
